Want to make a shoutout?

First, you need to be logged in.

Go to either http://www.nutang.com/nutrol.php or http://www.nutang.com/portals.php.

Right under the shoutbox is the "Post a shout now!" button. Click that.

Enter in a title. The character limit is 45.
Enter a message. The character limit is 200.

Click "Come on, I'm talking to you" and your shout will be submitted.
